Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to purchases made in the online store of KPG Multiservice (Kvelstad Print & Gjenbruk) (Org. No.: 835604462). By ordering goods from us, you agree to our terms of purchase.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made via Shopify's secure payment solutions.

Delivery and Shipping

We normally ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days. Free shipping for orders over NOK 299. Otherwise, from NOK 69. You will receive tracking information by email.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. See "Returns and Warranty" for more info.

Disputes

Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably. If this is not successful, the matter will be referred to the Consumer Council (Forbrukertilsynet) or ordinary court proceedings in Norway.

Disclaimer for Custom 3D-Printed Products

Our custom-printed products are made to order and printed in PLA plastic. This type of plastic is intended for indoor use and can be affected by weather, sunlight, and high temperatures over time. The products are intended as decorative and practical solutions, but use is at your own risk.

KPG Multiservice cannot guarantee the lifespan, colorfastness, or that the product will remain perfect under all conditions. Any assembly or use not in accordance with recommended use is the buyer's responsibility.

We do our best to deliver a good and thoroughly tested product, but we cannot be held responsible for damages or losses that may arise from the use of the product.

Privacy Policy

We only collect personal information necessary to process your order: name, address, email, and phone number.

Data is treated confidentially and only shared with third-party providers such as Shopify, payment solutions, and shipping companies (Posten/Bring etc.).

You can request access, modification, or deletion of your data by contacting kpgmultiservice@gmail.com.

Warranty, Returns and Complaints

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You cover the return postage yourself. Please contact us first at kpgmultiservice@gmail.com before returning.

Complaints

You have a 2-year right to complain according to the Consumer Purchases Act in case of defects or deficiencies. In case of an approved complaint, we will send a new product or refund the purchase. Damages due to improper use, wear and tear, or modification are not covered.

Please send us a picture and description of the problem along with your order number. We normally respond within 1–2 business days.

Nature of the Product

Our products are 3D-printed in plastic and intended for light use. We recommend not exposing the products to excessive stress, heat, or weather – unless otherwise specified.
